The Pioneer Academy are looking for a Central Business Manager, who will work alongside a Central Finance Manager, to support a group of schools based in the Bexley locality. This role is initially for 1 year on a fixed term contract. The role will involve working at assigned schools as well as time allocated time in the Trust’s Head Office in Bromley with an essential car allowance paid. This is a full time role, working 36 hours a week, 52 weeks a year. Experience within business management in the education sector is essential.
Main Responsibilities (see attached job description for further details):
- To act as the link between the Trust’s Central Services and School Leaders across multiple school sites.
- To provide strategic and operational support across areas such as finance, estates, HR.
- To line manage other school-based administration and support staff.
- To lead by example in creating a culture of professional excellence and achievement.
